6D 5N THAILAND DISCOVERY
Day 1: Arrive Bangkok ( No Meal )
Upon arrival in Bangkok,
you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel.
The rest of the day is yours to explore at leisure.
Day 2: Bangkok – Tours ( B )
After breakfast, proceed to Wat Po in time to experience the monks early morning chanting ritual.
Visit the temple grounds and the famous 147 ft reclining Buddha.
Continue to the magnificent Grand Palace, where the sheer grandeur of its throne halls will leave you spellbound.
Marvel at the most revered image in Thailand – the Emerald Buddha.
This afternoon, stroll through Chinatown visiting quaint shops and temples for a first-hand experience of ancient Bangkok.
Continue to the Bangkok Folk Museum (closed on Monday & Tuesday),
a 70-year-old Thai house converted into a small but fascinating museum.
Board a long tail boat for a relaxing ride along the bustling Chao Phraya River (River of Kings),
venturing down remote klongs (canals) and passing significant landmarks.
Finish with a visit to the spectacular Wat Arun or Temple of Dawn.
Day 3: Bangkok – Sukhothai ( B ) by flight
This morning, fly to Sukhothai, Thailand’s original capital and the birthplace of the Thai nation.
On arrival, enjoy a guided visit to the Sukhothai Historical Park
which contains almost 200 ruined chedis in remarkable condition.
A bike ride option is available at the park.

Day 4: Sukhothai – Lampang – Chiang Mai (B)
After breakfast, drive north to Si Satchanalai Historical Park on the banks of the Yom River.
Visit the main sites within the park where 134 ruined monuments have been discovered.
Also visit the Celadon Kiln Site Study and Conservation Center at Ban Ko Noi.
Continue driving to Chiang Mai via Lampang, with a stop at Phra That Lampang Luang.
Check into your hotel.
Day 5: Chiang Mai (B)
Early this morning, enjoy a 30-minute trishaw ride to the covered market.
Purchase food, sweets and flowers as offerings and continue to Wat Ket by trishaw.
Make the offerings to the monks and receive their blessing.
Afternoon drive to the mountain temple of Wat Prathat Doi Suthep.
Climb the Naga staircase to visit the exquisite golden pagoda.
Continue on a drive up the mountain by ‘songtaew’ (converted pickup truck) to the Chang Khien Coffee
Research Project and savour a cup of the local ‘arabica’ coffee. Afterwards,
visit the white Hmong village of Chang Khien
where the inhabitants still wear their traditional hill tribe clothes and practice
a culture that dates back 500 years.
Day 6: Chiang Mai – Bangkok/Home(B)
Today you will fly to Bangkok/Next destination ,
